• Leads a team in implementing a solution that will help customer service representatives answer questions about fieldwork activity ten times faster by aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it in a web application; personally, in charge of creating the web application in Angular.
• Built a web application with backend using Angular and Express.js that enabled users to find test accounts in a matter of seconds compared to days that the original process took; completely in charge of development, deployment, and support efforts.
• Implemented a work tracking system for the Solution Architecture team to measure how much time each team member spent working on Architecture Engagement Forms (AEF is an internal process that solution architects frequently have to go through).
