### Senior Software Engineer @ Motorola Mobility

- Worked in the Homescreen component, bug fixing and  implementing new features together with the Sunnyvale, CA team. One contribution to the Android OpenSource Project resulted from my work at the Homescreen component (https://android-review.googlesource.com/#/c/20656/)
- Developed  GeoLocation-based message application using Android and Google App Engine
- Lead developer for the Homescreen support for Webtop 3 (Desktop-like experience when plugging the mobile device to docks or HDMI).
- Helped on upgrades to Android Froyo and GingerBread
- Worked in the Instant Messaging client for the Android Platform implementing new functionalities and bug fixes. Additionally, in the beginning of project I also took a role in the build coordination of the component and then latter in the technical leadership of maintenance team. 
- First developer to join the team that created the Motorola Instant Messaging client for Android.
-C/C++ embedded development of features for Linux based MOTOMAGX and P2K  platforms.
-Several bugs fixes on Motorola OMA IMPS application  including performance improvements, segmentation faults, deadlocks and synchronizations issues 
- Prototype development- Android IM Client
- Productivity initiatives by introduction of new auxiliary tools or processes
- 2 months at Libertyville,IL supporting development team. 2 months at Sunnyvale,CA
- Speaker at Montavista Vision 2008 Embedded Linux Developers Conference- San Francisco, CA; lecturing about the experience of tuning the performance of embedded Linux applications.
