Through continuous iteration using qualitative and quantitative research, I lead UX/UI on the product across our three user types - charities, fundraisers and donors. My role as a Senior Designer included: * Team lead * Project management * Client liaison * Facilitate workshops with clients to understand the business goals and define KPI's & OKR's * Plan and design solutions to achieve business and user goals * Create prototypes for concept validation, internal and user testing * Collaborate closely with the engineering team ### UX/UI Designer @ Genymobile Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Remote Working with 3 engineers and 2 designers from Clevertech, and a client-based PM in Paris, I led the CT team to design and build an entirely new WordPress marketing site for the largest Android emulator in the world. ### Product Designer @ Plated Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Remote I was with plated.com for 4 months, and in that time more than doubled conversion rates from 1.4 - 2.9%. In 2015 I was integrated into the Plated design team with the specific role of improving and optimizing their checkout experience. Through integrating small improvements, testing and iterating we were able to make huge improvements to reduce drop-offs through the flow and increase total conversions. * Led and took part in design workshops & critiques * Use and contribute to the design system * A/B testing * Checkout optimisation Plated was acquired by Albertsons for $270m in September, 2017. ### UX/UI Designer @ Speak Creative Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Remote Working remotely for this Memphis-based digital agency, I led design and build on multiple projects across numerous sectors.
