• Led research and design of an iOS app for field inspections, incorporating research activities such as ride-alongs and interviews.

• Collaborated closely with business and development teams to refine user flows and prototypes, and designed a specialized iOS feature for Tower Tension diagrams, contributing to cross-product design systems.

Contracted with long term client PG&E

• Designed custom iOS app for PG&E's Core IT team to enhance inspectors' digital documentation of poles and towers.

• Conducted user interviews, data analysis, and presented key findings, shaping user flows, personas, and prototypes for long-term product growth.

• Design and conduct qualitative studies, including surveys and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies for existing website.

• Develop and execute quantitative studies to evaluate the impact of product's brand design/direction and capture insights at scale.

• Curating interviews with inspirational designers and creatives to publish key highlights from the interview in hopes to inspire individuals to be proud of their unique perspectives, diversity, and purpose.
