As the founding engineer, I built the cloud-native, multi-tenant B2B SaaS observability and ML workload-optimization platform from 0→1, owning the entire stack—frontend, backend services, data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems. Scaled the platform to meet the strict data-volume, latency, and reliability requirements of Fortune 500 customers.

Collaborated closely with AI/ML researchers to productionize in-house models and build the infrastructure needed to deliver AI-driven workload optimization in production.

I also owned forward deployment across the full customer base, partnering with 50+ enterprise clients (Coinbase, J.P. Morgan, Scale AI, Notion, Instacart, Lime, and others) to lead onboarding, fix production integrations, optimize production workloads, and drive product development with customer feedback.

Automated the onboarding workflow, reducing one week of manual setup to a 10-minute self-serve process with automated data ingestion, enabling rapid customer onboarding at scale.

The platform delivered ~40% data-warehouse optimization across storage & compute, translating up to $XX million in annual savings per enterprise customer.

Worked with cross-functional teams to build company’s flagship B2B SaaS, Zscaler Private Access (ZPA - World's largest Zero Trust Network Access platform), including frontend UIs, data pipelines, and large-scale backend distributed system based on micro-service architecture.

Zscaler operates the world’s largest cloud security platform, protecting thousands of enterprises and government agencies from cyberattacks and data loss.

As the tech lead, I solely drove the full product roadmap and built the company’s core products from 0–1, including a B2C smart-parking app for drivers and a B2B SaaS/IoT parking-management platform for enterprise customers, all integrated with 100k+ smart parking sensors in real time.

Built end-to-end smart-parking features, including large-scale data pipelines, real-time parking-space availability, mobile-app integration, reservation system, secure payment processing, smart notifications and reminders, analytics and reporting, 24/7 customer-support flows, and the full B2B SaaS platform for enterprise parking management.

**The products landed multiple contracts and tripled ARR to $1.5M in one year.
