As a Principal Product Designer at ServiceNow, I apply my expertise in AI design, prototyping, user research, design systems, and user interface design to create human-centered design practice and solutions that tackle complex problems. I have 30 years of experience in designing and developing products and services for various domains, such as AI/ML, web performance, analytics, ads, security, network operations, and observability.

My mission is to grow designers and empower users with intuitive, engaging, and intelligent experiences that leverage the power of AI and data responsibly.
