Launched the new intelligent Dropbox tray experience, announced at the Dropbox Work

in Progress conference. Prioritized tasks and bugs, coordinated with stakeholders to ensure

technical readiness, analyzed release metrics, and worked with QA to develop a launch plan.

Integrated calendar services with Dropbox by working with third-party APIs for authentication

and event fetching, developed technical execution plan, and architected model for metadata

storage. Worked closely with product, design, and user research to iterate on feature.

General tech lead duties including sprint planning, code and spec reviews, ownership of team

processes such as on-call, and ensuring the team ships high-quality code.

Implemented redesign of the Dropbox desktop tray; created a richer notifications experience

on Android, iOS, and desktop; built framework to send multi-platform/product notifications.

Initiated team processes including an on-call rotation, bug triage, and postmortem reviews;

organized team events such as off-sites and weekly social hours.

Mentored two interns through successful internships with return offers – and both returned!

Held weekly office hours, graded labs, created assignments, and answered student inquiries for classes in object-oriented systems design (CS108), computer networking (CS144), and databases (CS145).
