Sprig is a user insights platform loved by companies like Notion and Figma to create in-product surveys and session replays. Led design for the core dashboard team and launched key offerings including Sprig Replays, multi-language surveys, and our Slack integration. I often put on my product manager and user researcher hats.

Arcadia is a climate tech company that connects people to wind and solar energy. 

Lead designer for the core experience team, which owns post-signup surfaces including the dashboard and product emails. I defined the design strategy and roadmap, and some key features I designed end-to-end were a solar-oriented dashboard, advocacy tool, movers flow, multi-account experience, and navigation redesign. 

I also led design for the community solar internal tool team. I conducted internal user interviews on manual enrollment flows in order to architect a sitemap and design a new, efficient in-house internal tool.
