Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Pune, Maharashtra, India I developed a computer-vision python algorithm to process unstructured information from scanned PDFs of bank statements and derived transaction information from noisy statements operating google vision OCR and processed them into unified data frames for further downstream applications. The project was deployed to production, enabling bank statement processing in the SaaS Cognitive Document Parsing platform, “izDOX”. I trained a spaCy NER Model on PDF scans of property deeds to extract relevant legal entities and obtained text in the documents using Google Vision OCR With relevant information, created an entity-wise labelled dataset achieved an accuracy of 96%, and improved gaps with RegEx and Markers.
