As part of my work, I conducted Usability Research for a newly-launched, new-age library search product called The Summon™ unified discovery. I developed test plans for Usability Tests, coordinated participant schedules, lead individual tests, and delivered reports on the same. My reports would be studied by the development team and changes made to the product prototype/beta site accordingly for the next round of tests.
