Owned the entire product design lifecycle from concept to launch for the Innit mobile app (iOS & Android) and Innit Google Action, from defining problem areas through user research and data analysis to ideation, design (user flows, wireframes, visual mockups), prototyping, and testing.
Designed a wide range of web and mobile consumer-facing product features such as new user registration & onboarding, appliance onboarding, home content discovery, rich notifications, meal search, meal scan (Jimmy Deans®, Uncle Ben’s® & Superama), meal planning, grocery shopping, step-by-step guided cooking (non-connected & connected appliances), and premium (free trial & paid subscription).
Collaborated with Google Assistant team to create Innit Google Action for the Smart Display and Google Nest Hub, which was presented at IFA ‘18, Smart Kitchen Summit ‘18, Food Loves Tech ‘18, and CES ‘19.
Responsible for recruiting and devising user research plans using various methods from qualitative interviews and targeted surveys to usability testing with new and existing users.
Analyzed qualitative and quantitative user data to gauge product usability and make constructive suggestions for change that informed product strategy and roadmap.

Designed interface for the Snap Research data labeling tool website LBLR, used by labelers world-wide to annotate thousands of data tasks, built in collaboration with the Infrastructure group.
Conducted user interviews, synthesized user testing findings, and wireframed end-to-end user flows for new modes of interaction on Snapchat in collaboration with the Human Computer Interaction group.
Created and strategized visual and written content for the Snap Research Lab website to highlight research contributors, showcase team achievements, and promote project collaborations.
Crafted 3D facial UV maps to develop 3D face tracking lenses with the Computer Graphics group.
Designed two presentations for the Snap Research Director to showcase the lab’s shipped features and on-going projects at a company-wide event and an executive meeting, stimulating collaborations with other teams from Monetization to Camera Platform.
Partnered with Marketing Design team to redesign Snap Research logo and Snap Scholarship & Fellowship logo to establish lab’s identity within the company and externally, especially at tech conferences.
Annotated user data (visual, auditory, textual) to train AI algorithms behind new features created by Researchers such as Sky Filters, Bitmoji recommendation, and Food Geofilter recommendation.
