# Anita Lillie > Data UX Designer | Data Visualization Specialist Location: Berkeley, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/anitalillie I design data interfaces, and I've specialized in data visualization for over 15 years. I love creating tools that help people understand complex data. My favorite projects help users see familiar things in a novel way and empower them to improve their lives. I'm a generalist, with experience in design, programming, math, and scientific research. I seek out challenges that reach across different fields and require a healthy struggle to find a good solution. I strive to constantly learn new things and in turn teach others. I believe that understanding the user's needs is THE way to start designing any product. ## Work Experience ### Senior Principal Product Designer @ Amplitude Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States ### Senior Staff Product Designer @ Databricks Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Lead designer for ML, Delta Live Tables (data pipelines), and data ingestion ### Senior Staff Product Designer @ Lyft Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco Bay Area Data Platform Design, designing internal tools for experimentation, metrics, models, queries.
