Optimized for low latency via top-k tuning, caching, and efficient retrieval, added function calling for structured API or DB lookups. Collaborated with the team to containerize RAG services in Docker and support cloud deployment for reproducible development, testing and Production handoffs. Prototyped an Employment Utilization app using Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint Lists and excel as data sources, automated emails, report downloads, and charts tracking employee allocation and CAPEX/OPEX usage.
