Working on partner integration for Alphabet's bet on drone delivery.

While at Nascent I've had the chance to work on multiple exciting projects growing my technical chops while also assisting with other efforts.

• Team leadership - working with a team facing the unknowns of AR for the first time, we were able to deliver an experience that our client partner, Mastercard took to CES.

• Pre-sales - building quick POCs to learn the limits of frameworks and technologies is often a starting point to learning what is possible, and giving shape to a project. I've had the pleasure of doing this for multiple opportunities leading me to delve into everything from chatbots to geocoding to 3D modeling.

• Recruitment - everything from screening resumes to designing and conducting interviews.

• Internal Projects - started numerous initiatives such as Nascent Labs for after work tinkering. Currently enjoying pushing the QA practice to the next level.

• Dev work - and of course there's dev work. Working on iOS, Android, web and even platforms such as Pepper (the robot), for disparate clients like Telus, RBC, Mastercard, DocuSign, Microsoft etc.

Responsible for app development across multiple platforms, including but not limited to iOS, Android, Blackberry 10 and Window 8.

Worked with large well established clients, such as Bell Media, Univision, Microsoft, CBC and AFP on cutting-edge technologies as they were released:

• Worked on Windows 8 since before the first release candidate. Created 3 apps, ready for the Windows 8 launch.

• Worked on BB10 to create an application with the "Built for Blackberry" certification, ready for the BB10 launch.

• Worked on an iOS7 application as it was being launched.

• Worked on chromecast integration for practically all android projects within the company.

• Worked with titanium to develop cross-platform solutions.

Worked with prof. Kenneth Huang, a research associate at MIT to study the impact of cross-jurisdictional patenting (US patents being [re]patented in China and vise-versa) on innovation and innovative capability.
