Services:
• Designed and implemented ‘Assets V2 Service’ that surfaces customers’ general assets (both on-prem and cloud) in one service. This service was an improvement over existing assets services that differentiated between how we store and produce these assets to the customers.
• Designed and implemented ‘Cloud Exposures Service’ that helped customers to view the exposures on their cloud assets. These REST APIs are directly consumed by the customers and also power up ‘Cloud Exposures’ tab of the Expander UI.
• Developed ‘S3 Retrieval Service’ (SRS) that produces tenant specific enriched-observations from S3 bucket. The internal endpoints of this service are consumed by other services like Events and Issues to produce more customer specific data.

Ingest Pipelines:
• Designed and developed ‘Assets V2’ dataflow pipeline in Apache Beam, which helps transform generic asset observations collected by Scanning and Sensing Platform (SSP) to customer specific assets.
• Designed and developed ‘Events Ingest’ dataflow pipeline in Apache Beam to create data that serves SRS APIs. This pipeline streams enriched-observations from Kafka to Amazon S3 bucket.

Professional Services Partner Integration (PSPI):
• Implemented Microsoft’s CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) REST APIs on AppDirect marketplace for channel partners like ATT, to purchase Microsoft products on their marketplace. This implementation led to transition of Microsoft APIs from Syndication to CREST without disrupting MS Office product service on marketplace.

Professional Services Marketplace and Identity & Access Management (PSMI):
• Implemented OAuth 2.0 IDP integration on Intuit's QuickBooks marketplace.
• Designed and carried out a production database data migration for Telia marketplace. This was done to move channel’s authentication system from marketplace level to 'Hub' IDP.
• Investigated and fixed the MIT domain name transfer issues on Telstra marketplace, resulting in drop of support tickets coming from Telstra by 25%.

Developer Services (DS) / Billing:
• Designed and developed 'Shopping Cart' micro-service and it’s APIs as a part of 'Checkout 2.0' project, providing support to add multiple orders to shopping cart during checkout.
• Designed and developed 'Metered Usage Rater' micro-service, which is responsible for processing subscription usage events to determine billable price.
• Developed and demonstrated the support of distributed tracing between micro-services under 'Checkout 2.0' project using 'Spring Cloud Sleuth' and 'Zipkin'. Also improved error code handling for internal service calls.
• Designed and developed the 'Add-on Bundle Connector' (ABC) micro-service, which helped Vodafone to support SugarCRM applications on its marketplace.
• Developed and supported the Docker containers of multiple micro-services that are deployed on Kubernetes portal. These containers/services are used in multiple environments for both development and testing purposes.
