I worked with design teams in an immersive, fast-paced and Agile methodology environment to perform user focused research and design mobile applications and websites using the design thinking process.
I conducted and moderated user interviews, concept tests and final usability testing and also created low to mid-fidelity wireframes for the projects using Axure, Sketch, InVision & Marvel. 
Using a mix of creative and strategic problem solving methods I created unique solutions that aligned with the business goals to improve the current user experience.

Clients Include:
RISE Living - A mobile app that helps facilitate and streamline all facets of communication between residents and management staff in high-rise apartment buildings.  

Pay Your Selfie - Is an ethnography survey company that enables photo based survey responses on consumer lifestyle and brand preferences. It provides contextual data in the form of a photo along with the survey respondents answers to give more insight than just traditional quantitative data. I worked on implementing a self-service B2B SaaS platform for companies/individuals looking to conduct ethnographic surveys.
