I joined when it was just an idea and a Figma file. Now there are actual people using it, which is either a sign we did something right or a sign people will use anything. Before MoFlo I built a shared design system for a live hotel tech product, designed AI workflows for a multilingual media platform, and redesigned a website for an energy consulting firm during grad school because student loans are real. I work best when the product is still being figured out and design has actual leverage over what gets built. I like complex problems, hate unnecessary complexity, and have strong opinions about when a modal is and is not the right call. Outside of work I vibe code small tools in Cursor and Claude, which keeps me technically honest and occasionally produces something useful. Currently looking for my next role as a product designer at an early stage or growth stage company. ## Work Experience ### Founding Product Designer @ MoFlo Jan 2025 – Invalid Date AI content engine for small teams, founders generate blogs, emails, and social posts from one idea without rewriting across tools. 30–40 customers, multiple paying. – Redesigned the core product after identifying that drop-off wasn't an output quality problem — it was decision fatigue. Users needed the system to move work forward, not wait for input. Rebuilt MoFlo as a content pipeline that detects gaps, pre-generates drafts, and collapses approve + schedule into one step. Weekly drop-off fell from 60% to 25%; multi-platform publishing tripled. – Built the design system from scratch (components, tokens, patterns) across six products and the marketing site enabled three on-time product launches with significantly reduced rework between design and engineering. – Designed MoMail and MoSocial end-to-end as sole designer — own every decision from problem framing through Figma handoff with no design manager or review layer. ### Freelance Product Designer @ Tipsiti Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 Digital concierge platform for hotels: guest app + hotel management dashboard. Live product. The guest app and hotel dashboard had diverged into two inconsistent systems. Built a shared design system across both surfaces, standardized components, tokens, and interaction patterns, so new features ship once instead of being redesigned twice. Component definitions used directly by engineering as the single source of truth, eliminating the visual inconsistencies that had been slowing every sprint. ### UX Designer @ Productive Energy Solutions Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 Freelance website redesign during graduate studies. 2-person industrial energy consulting firm, Madison WI. – Led full IA restructure and usability testing with 8–10 users. Bounce rate dropped 18%, session depth increased 22%, task clarity scores improved from 3.2 → 4.3 / 5 post-launch. ### Product Designer @ Google Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 6-month capstone embedded with Google, autonomous vehicle fleet operations dashboard. – Sole designer on a 6-person team. Solved a real dispatching problem: fleet managers switching across 4+ tools to track vehicles, assign rides, and manage maintenance. Designed a unified live map, real-time alert panel, and issue tracker — built in Figma and React with simulated data. Presented to Google engineers at project close. ### Product Designer (AI Products) @ Vosyn Jan 2024 – Jan 2024 AI media platform, multilingual dubbing and voice synthesis. Prototype-stage; platform in restricted/waitlist access. – Designed and tested five AI-powered features with 12+ participants.
