•Design solutions, backed by research, to improve the American Girl e-commerce website – aiming to increase conversion rates in gift option add-ons, bring clarity to product detail pages, and optimize navigation to minimize decision fatigue of customers.
•Analyze user interactions using Quantum Metrics software to identify customer frustrations, seek improvement opportunities, and evaluate shipped solutions.
•Conduct UX research through UserZoom to evaluate competitor sites, possible new features, and A/B test proposed designs.
•Present research findings and design opportunities to stakeholders and cross-functional teams – working together to prioritize design decisions, business goals, content strategies, and improvements for upcoming sprints.
•Assist the product team in UAT testing to ensure shipped solutions fulfill business requirements and provide user-friendly experiences.
