I lead product design at Student Success Agency, where I design tools that help students stay engaged, supported, and on track. My work spans core systems like student planning, mentoring workflows, opportunities, and goal tracking—used by thousands of students and educators across the country. I work closely with engineers, program managers, and frontline staff to bring structure to complex educational needs, and turn them into clear, effective design.

Recent projects include:

– Designing a flexible Plans + Milestones system to track student goals over time

– Building an Opportunities engine that connects students to scholarships, jobs, and events

– Creating a Wins system to celebrate student progress and success

– Developing an Agent Hub to help mentors prioritize, personalize, and take action

– Supporting launch of Goals & Initiatives tracking for program managers

Involved in the user experience process including gathering information, asking questions, developing personas, walk through wireframes, develop high-fidelity mock ups, and prototype the flows. Working more independently and creating deliverables for the larger team.

Designed beautiful visuals that convey complex information in engaging and clear ways, maintaining the BB brand in all deliverables. Created icons, infographics, print layouts and illustrations for product and marketing collateral. Worked quickly in an iterative process, juggling multiple deliverables.

I was brought on board to maintain the Brightbytes brand for marketing materials, slide decks, some user interfaces, and more.
