The first one is a commissary ordering platform for a company that owns state and county jails. My responsibilities for that project were:

• Crafted user flows for inmates and friends/family members placing orders.

• Created lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes for a customer purchasing platform.

• Developed a fully functional commissary platform in 4 months.

The second one is building out a mobile device management platform (MDM). My responsibilities included:

• Conducted market research and created a competitive analysis for MDM platforms.

• Developed information architecture and entity-relationship diagram for mapping out the platform.

• Designed an MDM design system using tokens to support both light and dark mode.
