3 years working on Google Ads helping shape the experience for the largest, most complex enterprise users.

Led a small team of UX designers by setting design direction and ensuring shared knowledge across different designers and products. My team and I were responsible for bringing the user perspective to product requirements, design, and research.

I also worked closely with our Director of UX to create consistent styles and patterns intended to be extended and shared across products. We set in place regular meetings and design critiques to elevate skills throughout the team and create a supportive and collaborative environment.
