Contracted with Cedars-Sinai to build a web application for their Healthy Habits Elementary School Nutrition Program. I was solely responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the full-stack web application using MongoDB, Node.js, Express, React, CSS3, and Heroku. 

The app was used over the course of four years with over 3,000 students in 15 schools in the LA area who participated in the program. The app replaced a physical questionnaire each student needed to complete, streamlining the data collection process for the team, which was previously a very time and staffing intensive process. The data was then used to analyze changes in food consumption as part of the nutrition program.
