Volunteering as lead UI/UX designer to create a customized CRM system for managing children's education and empowerment programs in rural Uganda. Led design system and UI modernization initiatives for Jaspersoft web applications after TIBCO and Citrix merged to form Cloud Software Group. Partnered with development teams to replace legacy components with a custom Material UI library and redesigned core workflows to improve usability. Drove design strategy and execution for JasperReports Server web application after Jaspersoft's acquisition by TIBCO.
