Lectured and guided service design methodologies to improve design process within Samsung fashion brand (8seconds) and applied them in creating innovative concept for 2015 fall collection

Discovered and built advanced UX features for Samsung Smart School (Education solution) and illustration of related Big Data.

• Worked with global companies and domain experts (Teachers and Data scientists) to define and meet the objectives and goals of internal stakeholders.

• Outputs included Research data, Ecosystem, User journey, Opportunities, Scenarios, Key features, and Wireframes.

• Collaborated closely with product team to integrate the concept into Education solutions.

Managed and led, under fast-paced environment, UX for all major carriers’ mobile devices in North America, Korea, and China for both Android and Windows Mobile platform.

• Set design concepts and directions for all device segments across carriers and communicated the concepts to carriers.

• Participated in Samsung Galaxy 3 TouchWiz Task Force. Main tasks were to;

Setup and identify Galaxy 3 User Sales Points, redesign and refine look & feel of Lock screen, Home screen, Widgets and other key applications.

• Led in planning and designing Dual mode UX for all of Omnia II series devices (WM) and enhancing the usability of multimedia apps.
