DayToDay offers a Care Management Platform that delivers patients with personalized and evidence-based guidelines to help them prepare for and recover from their perioperative journeys. The platform includes a mobile app for patients to help them follow their recovery care plans and a web dashboard for nurses to monitor patient progress. I led product, design, research, and content.

• Set the product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and prioritized features for the pilot product launched in India

• Designed the initial concept and managed a team of designers and engineers to launch the product and create the design system

• Led research to develop user journeys, identify pain points, and created usability testing guidelines

• Partnered with our behavioral scientist and Chief Medical Officer to develop the content, timeline, and notification system for the Patient Care Plans
