Redesigned, built and maintained the profile section of chase.com, which received ~3 million visitors a month as of May 2018.

Design

• Coordinated UX analysis of the profile section of chase.com with product managers, mobile engineers and QA teams

• Built new profile-page wireframe flows and prototypes using Sketch and InVision and presented work to Product Owners and Business System Analysts

Development

• Built custom components, maintained existing features and built new features

• Managed the delivery of new features through clear communication with the teams involved

• Maintained thorough documentation of new features, custom components and company processes

• Acted as the accessibility champion for my development team, maintaining an ADA compliant UI

Designed and built the front end components for a user-friendly bulk geocoding, reverse-geocoding and routing service for Australia, used by over 500 small businesses and a handful of multinationals. I designed and built in React:

• a user-friendly data-pasting interface to allow arbitrary data to be pasted from spreadsheets or tables

• the flow used by non-technical analysts to process millions of rows of data asynchronously

I joined Semantics3 as the first technical employee in the San Francisco office. I worked with the sales team to make a new marketing site, increasing the average number of pages viewed per session by 25% and the user session duration by 28%. I also worked to make the API accessible to non-technical employees.

• Made rapid iterations of the marketing site in collaboration with the sales team

• Refactored the marketing site with Bootstrap to make it fully responsive and SEO friendly

• Built an abstraction layer over the Semantics3 API to allow the non-technical employees to interact with it
