As the lead product designer for JetBlue’s booking flow, I led the design of key features including the homepage search, flight filters, payments flow, top navigation, seat selection, flight booking page, and upsell page. I also revamped the booking flow templates to enhance consistency and improve usability across the experience.
These updates, particularly in the upsell and booking flows, directly contributed to a significant increase in ticket sales and revenue. Through frequent user testing and data analysis, I was able to make design decisions rooted in real user feedback and insights.
I collaborated closely with the team to build and evolve the design system and principles, strengthening user experience, brand loyalty, and creating a more innovative, trusted e-commerce experience.
As Senior Product Design Manager, I led a team of UI/UX designers, researchers, and visual designers in crafting intuitive and engaging early-education apps and websites.
