I am the design lead of the Barracuda Design System. My work includes creating and maintaining a source of truth for styles in Figma and coded components through JSON tokens, creating and maintaining the Figma library used by the design team, and working hands on with teams to help increase adoption of the design system.

Additionally, I work on product convergence and shared services. My work here includes designing a navigation system that works for the entire Barracuda product portfolio and MSPs, bringing point products together into one pane of glass, creating an information architecture for functionality shared across products, and generating concepts that bring together security data from all products.

Individual contributor in the RollWorks division. Design owner on the dynamic account list builder and ICP Object. Winner of the 2021 NextRoll HackWeek Most Ready to Ship Award.

Worked on the Search and Assistant team to create food ordering experiences for users looking for restaurants via Google Search touchpoints.

UpGuard is a cyber security platform focusing on visibility of internal, external, and 3rd party risk. I came in as the first and only product designer and grew the team to five while being 100% hands on. Additionally I:

Created and executed a UX vision and strategy

Pioneered a user research and testing program in order to understand and anticipate user needs

Created a design system of intuitive interactions ensuring a consistent experience across the suite

Created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, animations, and mockups for entire product suite

Speced more complicated components and interactions that couldn’t be fully captured by a prototype

Collaborated across timezones (with Australia mostly)

Created and oversaw the evolution of the UpGuard visual identity

Collaborated with all departments in order to optimize end-to-end customer experience

Executed corrective redlining

Cultivated a design culture including a six week Design Symposium course for marketers and sales people
