Conducted surveys, interviews, and usability tests with key user groups in order to support the successful launch of a new web application for managing archival information (ArchivesSpace).

Engaged in user research across multiple library departments in order to gather requirements and redesign an administrative tools interface for the UMD Libraries Digital Collections (Archelon).

Supported the UX Librarian with other iterative design and usability projects across the libraries, such as rapid prototyping and testing of new interfaces and web content audits.

Assisted the Digital Scholarship Librarian with the daily operations and logistical management of the Digital Repository at the University of Maryland (DRUM) and communications within and outside the libraries. Work included creating and managing metadata (Dublin Core), completing test plans for software upgrades in DSpace, reporting and tracking issues in JIRA, and ensuring data integrity during database migration projects.
