- Built a new user archetype by conducting 12+ semi-structured user interviews. The archetype is adopted as a core target user group in CNN’s design strategy

- Pitched on how to condense 24 raw sensor data into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations to the CEO, developers, and designers across 2 functional teams, who adopted the design into the app
- Evolved the design style guide with a color-blind friendly color palette to promote UI accessibility at scale
