I collaborated with program managers and compliance subject matter experts to lead the design, development, and management of Robinhood’s global compliance training portfolio, supporting all entities, M&As, and international expansions. My responsibilities spanned the end-to-end instructional design process, including curriculum design, course builds, LMS enrollment rules, and completion tracking. I also collaborated with vendors to troubleshoot issues related to 3rd party training materials, maintained learning data accuracy through reporting and dashboards, and ensured compliance learning solutions were accessible, scalable, and aligned with regulatory needs.

As an instructional designer on the nurse education team. I collaborated with instructional designers, nurse educators, subject matter experts, and project managers to develop a variety of educational materials and educational multimedia assets. I supported education development, implementation, and administration of learning management systems, project planning, and team training duties as part of my daily work.
