Leading design for the advanced trading team, hybrid player/coach role.

I support a team of designers working across three product teams for our flagship Credit product, ExtraCash, and our Bank business. We are building products that level the financial playing field, and making digital banking more human.

• Leading and managing our vertical product design teams (Banking, Credit)

• Overseeing design execution and product strategy, driving product strategy and roadmap planning in collaboration with product and eng partners

• Building products from 0-1

• Owning and leading end-to-end product design process

• Defining strategy, success metrics, roadmap, and sprint commitments with cross-functional partners

• Working collaboratively with Product and Eng partners to identify and solve user, product, and business problems

• Design curriculum and launch educational programs for middle and high schoolers in the bay area

• Teaching and working with students on design thinking, principles and processes

• Assist in lesson planning and leading classroom activities

• Encouraging human-centered design and critical thinking to real-world application

Inneract Project’s vision is to create a more diverse community of designers in technology by enabling underserved youth to access the skills, resources, and opportunities necessary to learn about and work in the field.
