Managed tens of thousands of students, parents, and tutors’ information using SQL and Excel.

• Managed a second pilot of a volunteer tutor product, working with the CEOs of two partnering companies, focusing on the complex legal needs of student volunteers. My analysis that this product would not scale led to the CEO cutting this product

• Corporate contact working with sales reps at 5+ companies. Selected the companies that best met our needs for academic assessment, URL link management, mass texting, background checks, and project management software.

• Primary CSM for dozens of our largest districts supporting the life cycle of tutoring from pre-sale, training, to renewal.
