• Balanced business goals and user needs to design and deliver a high-fidelity mobile app mockup with a team of 5 in 6 months.
• Facilitated 8 design workshops and co-design review sessions to promote collaboration and to exchange critiques and feedback, resulting in end-of-quarter feedback relaying how helpful it was. 
• Improved team productivity by 26.7%, as measured by tasks done per 10 weeks, by managing a Notion hub to document our design process.
• Analyzed 200+ session replay web analytic videos via Yandex Metrica to check for usability issues and identified 5 key usability issues to report back to the tech lead and supervisor.
