- Architected and led the development of systems that allow Twilio to comply with regulatory requirements and retain $20M+ of annual revenue

- Architected and led the development of Sender ID systems

- Worked on an ‘intelligence engine’ that recycles unused phone numbers, saving $1.4M annually by improving number utilization by 20%

- As a location lead, organized a company-wide effort to train engineers on machine learning
