• Underwrote 15+ senior term loans and revolvers for both private and publicly traded companies up to $5 billion in annual revenue, working closely with product partners to cross-sell treasury management, trade, foreign exchange, and derivative services.
• Initiated and lead a $300MM revolver for a $2.5 billion global medical device company manufacturing 3-D digital scanners and clear dental aligners. Responsible for developing and presenting credit package to internal risk committee resulting in the Healthcare sector’s first Lead Left positioning within the division.
• Operated as lead senior analyst for a global $3.6 billion luggage and bag company, managing several developments including i) Amend and Extend of existing Revolving Credit Facility & Term Loan A to $850mm and $800mm, respectively, ii) Issuance of $500mm High Yield Bond & $600mm Term Loan B.
• Leadership, DEI, and Mentorship
o Devised the first Global and National Industries Newsletter, currently circulated monthly to relevant industry vertical teams, senior management and product partners.
o Designed and launched the inaugural Analyst and Associate Advisory Council, whose mission is to retain and develop top talent and foster positive culture within the business.
o Selected and invited to join the Commercial Bank’s Diversity Operating Committee after helping spark the creation of a series of conversations about race, equality and inclusion (Diversity Discourses). Spearheading the creation of new panels to promote continued discussion around important DEI topics.
o Mentored and offered guidance to 10+ current and prospective Citi junior talent, through 1:1 meetings, panel presentations, and campus recruiting sessions.
