- Projects: Ad campaign tool, Ad tracking microservices, Image-generation service, WP content sites.
- Designed and implemented a schema check to ensure payload quality using the JSON schema library. Significantly lowering instances of data-related failures in production and saving costs associated with failing/untracked ad placements (~$60,000/month)
- Utilized OpenSearch to develop a query tool that uses a secondary database of indexed fields, allowing our product/business team to search on all the fields of our entities. 
- I worked with the architect to develop an internal error code system and added error handling to our services that would better surface issues on Datadog.   
- Advocated for more rigorous testing, observability, and release practices in the codebase. Pushed to use feature flags more in the development/release cycle. Mentored teammates on best practices around unit testing. Established best practices around observability and error handling. 
- Integrated Storybook into our project to document the functionality of front-end components.

### Software Engineer @ GoodRx

- Projects: GoodRx web-app (Mobile/Desktop), Matisse (Open-source component Library).
- Built out the core incentives feature for the GoodRx app, iterating on the feature through data
gathered from A/B testing done with Optimizely.
- Led development on the Rewards feature for the GoodRx web-app from RFC (design document) to
production. This feature led to a monthly increase of 100,000 new users registering with PII
information.
- Integrated Datadog on GoodRx web-app to set up monitoring of front-end performance metrics and
API latency, improving overall system reliability and observability.
- Participated in interviews for software engineering candidates

### Software Engineer (II) @ Ticketmaster

- Projects: Ticketmaster web-app (Mobile/Web), Aurora (Open-source component library)
- As part of the Growth team, I led development efforts for a new onboarding flow for the Ticketmaster
app, which resulted in a 20% increase in user engagement for the ‘favoriting’ feature.
- Worked with SEO to ensure top search result placements for our artist, venue, and event detail pages.
