At Huge, a global design and technology agency, I worked with Commerce/BigCommerce brand, one of the leading e-commerce platforms, to evolve their product experience and visual foundation as they scale toward a more modern, enterprise-focused future.
My focus was on creating visually consistent, responsive UI across marketing and merchant-facing tools, all while contributing to a growing design system that needed to flex across surfaces, teams, and brand constraints.
As a senior visual designer embedded with product and brand teams, I collaborated closely with developers, PMs, and client stakeholders to ship polished interfaces, support design QA, and refine system-level components with clarity and scalability in mind.
Key experience:
• Designed responsive UI across BigCommerce’s core marketing and merchant tools, balancing usability with visual refinement
• Contributed to an evolving design system in Figma, supporting consistency across multiple teams and product surfaces
• Collaborated with product managers, engineers, and brand stakeholders to align visual direction with business goals
• Supported QA and production handoff, ensuring design intent carried through to final implementation

My work focused on making complex AI capabilities feel intuitive and actionable — so merchandisers, marketers, and business leaders could actually harness their potential, not just admire them.
As a senior product designer, I collaborated closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ship tools that didn’t just meet user needs — they redefined what users could expect from enterprise e-commerce platforms.
It was a place where small design details could ripple out into major business outcomes — and where thoughtful UX often meant the difference between a powerful platform and a powerful platform people actually loved using.

• Designed a next-generation product grid editor for merchandisers, balancing flexibility with ease of use across global enterprise clients
