• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to develop persona archetypes

• Lead the design and implementation of card sorting and tree testing research studies to optimize the information hierarchy and sitemap navigation

• Provide oversight support throughout ideation and design process

• Facilitate usability testing on prototypes to generate feedback for improved iterations

• Partner closely with product owner and developer to design and build exceptional user experiences

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user pains and needs and determine product design direction

• Create storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate translated business needs and design requirements

• Create, test, and validate design hypotheses through feedback and iteration

• Serve as an advocate for the implementation of design thinking and the visual identity of the brand and product, ensuring alignment of mission and values

• Review student work and provide in-depth feedback on design assignments

• Provide guidance and encouragement to struggling students

• Give insights to Springboard to improve the student experience
