Analyzed trends in engagement and revenue while working with the influencer marketing team to determine the aspects that lead to well-performing profiles. ### Research Assistant in the Spacial Computing Deparment @ University of Southern California Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Greater Los Angeles Area I worked as a research assistant on a project called Strabo in the Spacial Computing Department. Using a handwritten map as input, Strabo would detect the orientation of text, and using a text recognition library in C# would output a GeoJson file with the locations and correct orientation of road labels. I worked on the overall pipeline of the project. Specifically, I read through and debugged thousands of lines of C# to correctly connect the different parts of the project (color segmentation and text recognition to output formatting). ### Research Assistant @ University of Southern California Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 Designed a convolutional neural network and used machine learning to correctly identify if an ultrasound image had a nerve cluster in them while in a research group under Dr. Neelesh Tiruviluamala for a competition on Kaggle. Preprocessed images in C# using sobel edge detection and used image transformations in python, created the architecture of the convolutional neural network in Python, and formulated the hypothesis class for the neural network. ### Data Coordinator Intern @ City of Los Angeles Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Los Angeles, CA Analyzed metadata of over 300 datasets on the city’s Open Data Hub in Python as part of a quarterly review of data-quality.
