My responsibilities included leading a team of five Software Engineers (one Staff, three Seniors, and one Mid-level) in the development and launch of customer-facing features for our Makeline. As well, lead the expansion of our product's point-of-sale integrations with key enterprise platforms (ie. Toast, NCR, etc.) and customers by defining APIs, data exchange and workflow strategies.
When not leading initiatives, I actively collaborated across various cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, culinary, and design. I provided valuable feedback through Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Figma reviews to help define user-centric features.
