Some of my favorite projects are Sylaps, Upcounsel and Wonderschool. My career started in visual design in Paris, where I worked at the Institut de physique du globe de Paris. While at the Institut, I provided design support for staff and students. Subsequently, after I moved to San Francisco, I was inspired to cofound Sylaps, a consumer-facing video conference and collaboration app, which is still running today. As Chief Product Officer, my scope ranged from product design to the vision of the business, and additionally, sales. As UpCounsel’s first designer, and as the sole designer for the majority of my tenure, I had an opportunity to design a complex B2B legal marketplace and community. In summary, I helped lead the design for the product you see today. Some of my passions center around: design | problem solving | design thinking | lean ux | ux research | design leadership | user empathy | product user experience I get especially nerdy about science, from physics to neuroscience. Designed and created a new e-commerce website to increase sales production and enhance marketing efforts. Boosted sales within four weeks after launching the new website. ### Graphic Designer @ Institut de physique du globe de Paris Jan 2008 – Jan 2014 | Institut de physique du globe de Paris One of the world leading institute in Earth sciences, that conducts fundamental research, teach and train PhD students and monitor earth natural hazards. In charge of design materials for print, production and deployment of videos for the digital signage system. Produced short research documentaries.
