• Established the UI department from the ground up. Over the course of two years leading it to become the most advanced and sophisticated UX/UI group among more than 10 development studios worldwide.
• Created efficient Design Framework together with UI Tech Lead. The Framework and approach became a standard for dev studios in the organization.
• Designed a control system which became the industry standard for naval action games and real world naval simulators.
• Established User Research in the organization, resulted in product performance.
