● Built a full-stack “Feature Explorer” tool for life-insurance clients, enabling interactive adjustment of 
100s of modeling variables with dependency tree visualization to clarify relationships. 
● Designed and implemented a Python testing framework focused on validating client variable 
calculations, with 1000+ unit and integration tests, which reduced regression bugs by ~30%. 
● Tuned and optimized complex SQL queries in SSMS, improving database performance and reducing 
client API response times by ~30%.

● Automated monitoring of 500+ fulfillment center devices by building a Python API tool, reducing 
manual checks by ~80% and identifying unused devices, saving server/storage costs. 
● Built JSON parsing utility to auto-generate config files for new device profiles, reducing setup time 
from ~30 minutes to ~5 minutes and improving deployment consistency. 
● Implemented server reporting pipeline that forwarded errors to New Relic via its API, with 
deployment/configuration automated through Chef and Jenkins, reducing downtime incidents by ~25%.

Worked on the techops team and got accustomed to Chef Workstation, and using API calls to work with New Relic alerts and track devices. Made several projects to streamline the team's work, one being an automatic detector of connected and backed devices to alert team of devices that should be disconnected.
