Virtual assistant Ask Sam. Multi-modal conversational application (IOS and Android) has

launched 50+ skills, answered 19M questions for 45K weekly active

users.

• Lead the design for an in-store smart notification system.

Worked closely with product, engineering, and operations teams

to create a scalable framework that can notify the right

information to the right users at the right time.

• Continuously pushed boundaries of product vision and roadmap

Proactively designed concepts raging from interactive prototypes,

motion prototypes, voice prototypes, design presentations, etc.

• Studied Human-Computer Interaction model of current AI enabled voice assistants including Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Microsoft Cortana, Apple Siri, Alibaba AlieGenie.

• Designed a new task-based interaction model for VUI's which are more accessible and efficient in nature.
