• Led the design and development of a no-code predictive AI model builder and Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) capability, along with systems for model inference and deployment resulting in billions of predictions generation every month, powering insights for hundreds of customers.. With the rise of Generative AI, we evolved Model Builder to support integration of external LLMs into the Salesforce ecosystem, launching first-party support for AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, and Databricks, along with a Bring Your Own LLM (BYO-LLM) option to foster an open, flexible ecosystem.

• Drove a 25% month- over-month (MoM) usage growth for Prompt Builder, positioning design as a key driver of business impact and AI agentic capabilities

• Defined the design vision for Salesforce’s AI copilot access control, streamlining onboarding and reducing friction for admins and developers managing user access.

• Scaled and led a global design team, aligning business goals and user needs across a complex product ecosystem while balancing leadership and hands-on execution.
