My name is Anucha Poh Maga and I am a recent graduate TU Delft with a degree in Integrated Product Design. They should work hard and be kind. ## Work Experience ### Avionics Engineer @ Stratolaunch Jan 2025 – Present | Mojave, California, United States Perform, refine, and automate avionics preflight operations and troubleshooting processes on unmanned hypersonic vehicles. Training to operate mission control consoles for hypersonic vehicle test flights. ### Project Manager @ Diyalo Foundation Jan 2023 – Present | Netherlands Supervise and provide technical expertise to U.S./European volunteer teams working with Nepali engineers. Includes educating teams on how to work within the material, personnel, and manufacturing constraints of developing a product for use in Nepal ### Prototype Design Engineer @ MBF Bioscience Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | San Diego, California, United States Developed hardware for a new light-sheet photon microscope from publication specs to a commercially successful system. Including: - Iterating a 3-axis motion unit with micron-level precision and outsourcing its production - Using 3D printing to integrate unconventional optical hardware for optical specialists - Creating and maintaining the master CAD model and building hardware prototypes - Designing and testing the entire system for ease of production Brought multiple new product lines online at a new manufacturing facility. Includes hardware optimizations for cost and ease of construction, created/improved manufacturing SOP’s and trained new personnel, and supervised/assisted production of multiple microscopy-related hardware systems. ### Product Design Intern @ Noria Sustainable Innovators Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 | Delft, South Holland, Netherlands Designed and tested multiple iterations of a solar battery to increase deployment duration of remote sensors with tight material, budget, and manufacturing constraints with regards to electronics design and 3d printed weatherproof casing components. Also designed and completed early-stage testing of a floating battery system to allow off-grid operation of different plastic collection machines with focus on locally-sourced materials, floating stability, impact resistance, and electrical generation efficiency. ### Student Research Assistant @ TU Delft | Industrial Design Engineering Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Delft, South Holland, Netherlands Analyzing the domestic development of ventilators in Kenya and creating documentation to aid medical device startups in creating medical systems for future use in Africa. ### Design, Manufacturing, and Installation Intern @ Nepalo Cabinetmakers Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | San Rafael, California, United States Assisted implementation of custom home storage solutions. Participated in design, fabrication and on-site installation stages, including labor-intensive home construction tasks in close coordination with other installation teams. ### Student Researcher @ San Francisco State University Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States Developed hybrid motorcycle conversion kit for using a $4k research grant. Integrated electric fly-by-wire drive systems with aging motorcycle technology to increase vehicle longevity and reduce waste and pollution in developing nations. ### Undergraduate Research Assistant @ San Francisco State University Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States Prototyped and validated bi-stable metamaterial structures using physical models and MATLAB simulations in collaboration with SF State faculty members.
