Outside of work, you’ll find me painting, sketching digital illustrations, watching K-dramas, or hunting down great food. ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Meta Jan 2024 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States I co-lead Settings design for the Meta AI App, building scalable experiences that work across today’s smart glasses and tomorrow’s AR form factors. My work focuses on system-level interactions voice, accessibility, error patterns, connectivity, and multi-device behaviors ensuring settings feel unified and intuitive across hardware and software. So far, I’ve redesigned Settings into a multi-device platform, improved language/voice save rates from 42% → 92%, introduced new design-system-driven Settings Templates, and shipped 6+ critical settings modules in partnership with PM, Eng, and UXR. These launches have contributed to a 59% retention uplift, and the foundations I’m building now will scale into upcoming AR experiences. ### User Experience Designer @ Cisco Jan 2024 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area Worked on improving the storefront and e-commerce experience while contributing to the Cisco Community Design System. My role combined research, design, and cross-functional collaboration to shape long-term improvements in purchasing and billing flows. Core contributions: • Contributed to the Cisco Community Design System, improving documentation and maintaining component libraries for consistency across products. If you’re a Cisco Community member, the badges you see were designed by me 🙂 • Partnered with the User Research team to uncover pain points in the store purchase and billing experience, translating insights into design opportunities. • Analysed the UXR studies, presented recommendations that influenced strategy for 3+ long-term projects, driving improvements in Cisco’s e-commerce experience. • Collaborated with Engineering and Product teams to explore solutions and carry concepts from creation to execution. • Collaborated with UXR on the storefront experience, identified issues, gathered benchmarks, and delivered the initial design iteration. ### UX / Visual Designer @ Google Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area - Led the redesign of Google Workspace's hover card and profile picture setup flows, improving user interactions and visual aesthetics. - Designed the recipient invitation screen with fraud detection capabilities across Google Workspace apps, primarily Google Photos, Maps & Google Collections. - Created prototypes that aided usability studies to validate design choices and ensure user satisfaction. - Collaborated with cross-organizational teams to launch multiple features, creating a cohesive platform experience through integrated design patterns and innovative mockups for Android Feature Drops'2023. - Increased contact additions by 22% within 5 days through an optimized contact component, working alongside the Contact team. - Conducted audits and partnered with internal teams to implement design improvements that enhanced the overall user experience. - Led engineering collaboration to maintain and expand the people-oriented design system, ensuring product strategy alignment while incorporating user feedback and updating core components. ### User Experience Designer @ CynoHub Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 • Applied Design Thinking methodology for building Edu tech Android application. • Worked closely with stakeholders to identify the target users and define the functionality of the app to set the product design objective. • Led comprehensive usability and accessibility testing to validate new features and iterate based on feedback, resulting in a 30% decrease in user drop-off rates after redesigning the community discussions flow ### Senior User Experience Designer @ Zemoso Technologies Jan 2020 – Jan 2022 | Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Spearheaded the design and development of Zus Health, a healthcare platform for professionals, overseeing the entire process from 0 to 1. • Designed an accessible healthcare design system focused on data customization, built intuitive interfaces that reduced administrative time by 40%, and effectively presented our progress to stakeholders - ultimately helping them secure $34M in Series A funding. • Cacheflow: Established the branding of Cacheflow, designed and delivered an MVP for a Buy-now, Pay later service, which accelerated their product-market fit testing and helped secure $6M in seed funding. • Led multiple design sprints, advocated end-to-end design solutions, led design reviews, and established prototyping and interactive design guidelines across projects.
