Alexa Core Design Team: Designing AI-driven, multimodal experiences that bring intuitive and delightful Alexa interactions to Amazon customers. Focused on Emerging Tech initiatives shaping the next generation of intelligent devices. Key Projects: 1) Led Alexa+ strategy and end-to-end Agentic UX delivery for upcoming launch. 2) Designed the end-to-end customer experience for flagship devices — Echo Show 21 and Echo Show 15 (Gen 2). 3) Created the Adaptive Home experience powered by proximity detection, launched on the new Echo Show 8. 4) Developed the Echo Spot display optimization strategy for adaptive viewing. 5) Lead and designed the Wake Word–Free Alexa interaction feature.

At VMware, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for Tanzu Observability by developing intuitive and accessible UX solutions. My focus on metrics observability and inclusive design practices helped improve customer adoption. Additionally, I contributed to building and mentoring high-quality UX teams, ensuring a strong design process across the organization.
