Completion resulted in 267 migrated orgs (27% of customer base), driving 62% PEU growth (+2K Spotify, +1.5K Reddit users). Led multi-quarter initiative enabling config-driven integrations in admin.atlassian.com across multiple Java micro-services. Designed YAML-based onboarding flow allowing new products to integrate without code changes. Cut integration time from ~18 → 3 days (≈80% reduction) and standardized delivery across product teams. Led admin.atlassian.com’s search feature for Non-vortex orgs. Rolled out to 1.1M organizations, doubling weekly active Search users to 6.7K with zero incidents. ### Software Engineer @ Cvent Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | Washington, District of Columbia, United States Flex – Payments for Registration Spearheaded architectural design and implementation to rewrite partial payments feature by migrating codebase to Java microservices, Node, React, leadingto $270k in planner revenue and over 200 new events in 6 months. Designed and planned a new application to implement service fees for payments, utilizing Couchbase, SQL server, RabbitMQ. Completion led to $1.2M in planner revenue and over 350 new events in 10 months. Solely oversee service maintenance, functionality and performance for all new development. Paygo – Self Service Model Led development and communication between teams for integration with Informatica, EBS and Salesforce tools for fee summarization resulting in automated invoicing. Worked with Java microservices, Postgres, RabbitMQ, and played an instrumental role in taking the project to the finish line which generated $1M+ of revenue in 11 months. Department wide Quarterly Award (Q1 2019) – Outstanding Performance and Contribution during Q1 2019 for Paygo. Payment Black Box – Cvent’s Payment Service Developed Cvent’s payment processor and integrated Stripe’s payment platform using ASP.NET and MVC Framework. Completion enabled Cvent’s finance team to smoothly manage clients’ invoices. Researched, implemented and released Stripe 2.0 API integration with payments service. Worked with .NET and Queue-It app to achieve PCI- DSS compliance for 3DS1.0/PSD2 EU customers. ### Software Engineer Intern @ Aviatrix System Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area Developed automation tool for end-to-end deployment of Cisco CSR on AWS for efficiency performance between Aviatrix’s software and Cisco CSR using Python, AWS and AWS’s API library.
